Do you trust me?
“The two arrive at Sarah’s doorstep after walking home together from work, Bryce heart rate 200 bpm. Sarah goes to unlock the door when Bryce stops her. “Do you trust me?” Bryce asks. “Ummm…” says Sarah (thinking “Why won’t he let me into my apartment? WHAT did he do?”). “DO YOU TRUST ME?” asks Bryce again. “I DON’T KNOW….” says Sarah. “WRONG answer.” Sarah finally replies with a leery, “Yes”. Bryce asks, “Do you love me?” “Yeeessss…” says Sarah, again with suspicion. “Okay good because we are going to Toronto for the weekend… and we’re leaving tonight.” “But…but…but….” says Sarah worried about work, and dinner with friends, and her voice lesson and her rehearsal…” “Everything’s been taken care of.” Says Bryce and opens the door to two fully packed bags of luggage. Sarah’s heart rate 201 bpm.” -bits from the engagement story. They were not only going to Toronto but to Venice where Bryce would later propose! I met Bryce and Sarah for the first time on Saturday although I felt like I already knew them. When I asked Bryce why Venice his response was “Well we have been together a long time (since high school) and I wanted to do something spectacular!” These two are in love and don’t hold anything back. I love “LOVE” and I love what I do! I ask all my couples to fill out a questionnaire so I can get to know them better. I think the key to good photography is that the subjects are comfortable with you. They have to feel like they can be themselves. I know I have much to learn about photography but I am learning new things everyday. Bryce and Sarah exuberate love, joy, and happiness. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding and to hear about all there adventures to come.
p.s. When I read there engagement story and was literally on the edge of my seat. Like I said above, I love “LOVE” and I love stories! I am delighted to tell your wedding story!
